Search and rescue vehicle PSM-8 supplied by OJSC "Muromteplovoz" in 2013, in the interests of the Vietnamese Ministry of Security to rescue people during floods.

Search and rescue vehicle PSM-8 has been made on armored patrol and scout vehicle BRDM-2 units and devices chassis supplemented by units and devices for civil application, retrofitted transmission, electric equipment, and hull. Quest and rescue vehicle PSM-8 is a two-axle car, all wheel driving. It has high dynamic qualities and fuel distance, enhanced cross-country ability. It is capable of fording 1,2m deep from the move, and negotiating water obstacles. The car is intended for carrying out quest and rescue operations in flooding.
